How information submitted through this website is used.
Project inquiries
When you submit a project inquiry, we collect the details you provide, including your name, company, contact information, project location, selected company or scope, schedule, and message. We use these details to review and respond to your request and coordinate it among PS Concrete Works Inc., Pro Sitework Inc., and Paving Solutions Inc.
Employment applications
The employment application opens a separate application page. When you choose Send application, the completed original PDF and office import file are sent through FormSubmit to zishe@psconcreteworks.com. We use them to review your application and contact you. This process does not collect tax forms, bank information or ID scans. Those are handled separately by our office.
FormSubmit processes the transmission and retains submission metadata for 30 days. Its documentation states that uploaded files are not retained in its submission archive. Application files are delivered to our email provider. See FormSubmit privacy information. Contact us if you need another way to apply.
Website operation
This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Hosting providers may process technical request information to operate and protect the website. A hashed network identifier may be used to limit automated form abuse. Access to a private review version also uses the hosting platform’s sign-in system.
Email and attachments
Telephone and email links open the relevant app on your device. Files sent by email are handled by the email providers involved. Please avoid submitting sensitive personal or financial information through the inquiry form.
